1. Acceptance of Terms New Life Business Directory (the “Website”) is a service provided and operated by New Life Derby. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. For the General Public (Visitors/Users)
- Free Access: Use of this directory to search for and contact businesses is completely free of charge.
- No Payments to Us: Visitors will never be asked to pay New Life Business Directory to access business information or contact details.
- External Transactions: Any payment for services, products, or consultations is made directly between you and the Vendor. New Life Business Directory does not handle these payments and is not responsible for any financial disputes between you and a service provider.
3. For Business Owners (Vendors)
- Standard Listing Fee: A fee of £5.00 is required to publish a business listing for 12 months. This fee covers the hosting and maintenance costs of the website.
- Launch Offer (March 2026): We are currently offering a “Launch Discount” using the code LAUNCH50. This code provides a 100% discount on the initial £5.00 fee for the first 50 successful listings.
- Launch Offer Expiry: This offer is strictly time-limited and will expire at 23:59 on 31 March 2026, or once 50 redemptions have been reached, whichever occurs first.
- One-Year Term & Renewal: All listings (including those registered under the Launch Offer) expire exactly 365 days after publication. To keep your listing active after the first year, a renewal payment of £5.00 must be made via your dashboard. You will receive an email notification when your listing is nearing expiry with instructions on how to renew.
- Independent Service: You are an independent professional. We provide the advertisement space; you provide the service. We do not take a commission on your earnings.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your contact details and pricing remain accurate.
4. No Endorsement & Disclaimer New Life Business Directory is an informational hub only. We do not vet, verify, or guarantee the quality, insurance, or legal standing of any business listed.
- Due Diligence: We strongly advise all users to verify a business’s credentials, insurance, and professional background before hiring or making any payments to them.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Legal Entity: All transactions are processed by New Life Derby.
- Third-Party Disputes: New Life Business Directory is not a party to any contract or agreement made between a visitor and a vendor. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or unsatisfactory work resulting from a connection made through this site.
- Refunds: Vendor listing fees (£5.00) are non-refundable as they cover hosting and maintenance costs of the website.
6. Prohibited Use Users and Vendors may not use this site for spamming, illegal activities, or uploading fraudulent content. We reserve the right to remove any listing or ban any user that violates these standards without notice.
